- I grew up hearing stories about Three Finger Jack, the legendary outlaw. 

He roamed California during the time of the Gold Rush, and legends grew up around him.

Nobody knows where he came from, how he lost those fingers, or how and where he died.

Today, down in the Lodi Valley, Jack would find a wine that shares his character. 

Take the East Side Ridge Cabernet, it's from Lodi, in the foothills of the Sierra, where Jack himself roamed. This wine has a serious side. 

You get that explosion of fruit aromas the moment you smell it. This is a ripe, jammy black fruit, black cherries, black berries, black plums. 

What I like about this wine is the structure, richness, which is what California Cabernet is all about.
